Apartment Fire Update: 10-26-11 Thank you for your continued patience. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has cleared Building F and the top two floors of Building G for access by residents. The management company will be contacting you to schedule a time for you to come and retrieve your belongings. We are continuing to work with the insurance company to determine the scope of potential damage from the fire on the first floor of Building G where the fire originated. If your apartment was on the first floor, you should have your renters insurance carrier contact the management company at the number listed below so that they may be allowed access to your apartment to investigate your claim. Tenants from Building H must retrieve their belongings no later than Sunday, October 30, 2011. Please contact the management company, if you have not done so already, to schedule an appointment. El Departamento de Salud Pública y del Medio Ambiente (CDPHE) nos ha dado autorización de permitir el acceso a los residentes del edificio F y G del segundo y tercer piso. La gerencia los contactará con la fecha y la hora en la que pueden venir a recoger sus pertenencias. Continuamos trabajando con la compañía de seguro para determinar la extensión del posible daño del fuego en el primer piso del edificio G en donde se originó el incendio. Si su departamento esta en el primer piso usted debe de contactar a su compañía de seguro para que contacte a la gerencia al número que se lista abajo para hacer arreglos para accesar su departamento para que puedan investigar su reclamo. Los residentes del edificio H deben de terminar de sacar sus pertenencias a mas tardar el Domingo 30 de Octubre del 2011.
